Speaker Bio: Matt has been with Oswald Companies for over 7 years, with over ten years of Insurance and Human Capital Management experience working with public and privately held companies, non-profit organizations, and financial services organizations in employee benefits. Matt currently serves as Sales Executive and Regional Sales Manager in Group Benefits. He aims to gain a strong understanding of an organization’s business, culture, and risk tolerance, while identifying and designing innovative cost-effective solutions to minimize risk. This approach translates into valuable and sustainable benefit programs for his clients and their employees.

In his previous role within Oswald, Matt served as a Client Manager in the Global Accounts and Private Equity Practices, where he played a pivotal role assisting clients in a strategic and supportive role in varying industries. Matt started at Oswald building out a practice that managed employee benefit plans for over 350 of Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSP) across the country. He assisted in a sales and service capacity in bringing new DSP’s into the program and worked directly with the business owners in managing their benefit plans.
